The Office of Human Resources is responsible for managing human resources functions for the Diocese of Belleville clergy and lay staff in a professional, ethical, efficient and organized manner. We work closely with leadership, parish priests, principals, business managers and location coordinators to ensure policies and practices comply with federal, state and Canon Laws as well as brokers, consultants, vendors and legal counsel to manage benefits and employment programs.
