Services provided: Hospital visits (St. Elizabeth/Memorial) every Mon., Wed., and Fri. Follow-up calls after discharge. Home visits to the homebound on an as-needed basis. Health education - a health-related article is included in our monthly Parish newsletter. Literature and pamphlets relating to the health education article is available at our Parish Health table in the back of church. Blood pressure screening - 1st Sunday of each month (after 8:30am and 11:00am Liturgies). Blood drive twice yearly.

Services provided: Visits to nursing homes & retirement centers, Visits to individual homes-homebound, etc., Follow-up calls to hospitalized patients, Some visits to hospitals on Mon., Wed., & Fri., Some visits to recently hospitalized patients to check: blood pressures & pulse; check condition of person; check medications to determine if they are taken properly; answer health related questions. Blood pressure screenings every 2nd weekend before & after Masses - 5 pm, 8am, 10am - and at monthly Sodality meetings.
